Standards in the Industry
The CMI is committed to encouraging and assisting the construction industry to develop and increase its standards of service. Through training and by supporting our members, we seek to create professionals, experts, and masters in some of the most important areas of construction management, which will encourage the continual development of exemplary industry practices.
Standards of Our Approved Courses
Our certifications are awarded upon successful competition of your chosen CMI program. Each program consists of four courses. You will be required to complete one exam at the end of each course. Our coursework and exams meet the highest standard possible to obtain necessary certifications. Our required course content as well as our examinations are updated to reflect the changing needs of the construction industry.
Our examinations have been developed by experts in the field who are aware of the evolving developments throughout the industry.
